These gymnastics classes are tailored to be inclusive and supportive for children with unique needs. We work on boosting confidence and self expression. It contributes to enhanced physical awareness and coordination through fun and engaging activities. The class sizes are small for optimal support.

Advantage offers Tiny Gym programs for kids as young as 4 months old until they’re walking. Our curriculum begins with parent-child classes, as well as open gyms and playgrounds

Advantage offers preschool programs for kids walking through 4 years old. Our preschool curriculum begins with parent-child classes, including Baby Gym and Tumble Tots. Kids who are ready for an independent class will join the age-appropriate preschool class. All of our preschool programs are coed.

Advantage Ninja combines obstacle training, gymnastics and freestyle movement. In addition to these skills, our curriculum also teaches confidence, self-control and teamwork. Most importantly, your kids will learn all of this while having a blast. All Ninja programs are co-ed.

Athletes in this age based program will learn basic tumbling skills, including positions, drills, hurdles, rolls and basic support skills like cartwheels and handstands. They will also learn proper falling and landing techniques, safe jumping and fundamental trampoline jumps and skills. Flexibility, strength and coordination are also developed for a higher level of learning.

Advantage Gymnastics provides gymnastics instruction to girls of all ages. Beginning at 5 years old, girls in our gymnastics classes will be introduced to all 4 events in Women’s Gymnastics. Kids who graduate from our preschool program or join Advantage without significant gymnastics experience will begin in our Novice class. From there, they will be promoted to Intermediate and Advanced classes when they achieve mastery of the skills for each level.

Advantage offers girl’s competitive programs for all levels, with multiple pathways for each athlete to reach their goals. All teams are coach referred and require a tryout or evaluation

Pre-registration is required.
Indoor Playground is a great way to entertain your active preschooler for an hour or two! Kids will enjoy plenty of room to roam in our 20,000 square foot facility. Highlights include multiple trampolines, a large loose foam pit and child-sized gymnastics equipment.
Please note, Indoor Playground may take place during times that there are classes or other events in the gym and access to all equipment is not guaranteed. Our friendly coaches will help direct you to the areas that are open for play at any given time. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Ages: Walking – 5 yrs (Younger siblings who are not yet walking are free with a paying older sibling)
Tuition: $22 per session
Family Indoor Play Pass: $130/month, monthly unlimited play. Auto-renews monthly.
*Immediate family members may use a make-up credit for a session. Please notify our office staff if you wish to do so.
