When is tuition due?
Tuition is due on the first of the month. We require all customers to use our auto-pay system.
How long am I enrolled for?
All classes and programs operate on continuous enrollment. Students remain enrolled until you give notice that you would like to drop the class. This notice is due by the 15th of the previous month.
How do I withdraw from class?
We require written notice by the 15th of the previous month to withdraw from a class. We do not offer credits or refunds for unused classes. If you fail to notify us by the 15th, you will stay enrolled until the next month.
What if I start in the middle of the month?
You can sign up at any time and tuition will be pro-rated for the month you start. We will collect payment for your prorated month and Membership Fee at time of registration and then you will be billed on our auto-pay system.
What is the annual AGA Membership?
There is a $50.00 annual membership fee per student, due at time of registration. It will auto- renew on your anniversary date. We offer a 10% discount for the second child. Families with 3 or more children receive a discounted family membership of $100. Membership is required to participate in classes or teams. The membership fee is non–refundable.
What is your tuition back guarantee?
If you are not completely satisfied during your first month and we are not able to resolve your concern, you will receive a full refund. This is for new students only.
Do you offer free trial classes?
Yes! We do. A free trial class is available to new students provided there is space available in the desired class.
What if my child misses a class?
It is always best to attend your regularly scheduled class when possible. When your child does need to miss a class, we have a generous make-up policy. We do not offer class credits or refunds for missed classes. There are no make-ups for team or academic programs.
What should my child wear to class?
Girls should wear a leotard. Boys should wear a T-shirt & gym shorts. The most important consideration in clothing is freedom of movement. Extremely loose or baggy clothing should be avoided. Bare feet or gymnastics shoes are acceptable. Long hair should be tied back. No jewelry, please.
Can we observe class?
Yes, parents and visitors are welcome to observe classes, but must remain in the observation area at all times.
FOR SAFETY REASONS PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE GYM FLOOR AREA FOR ANY REASON. If at any time you need to remove your child from class, or have questions for the coaches, we ask that you let our office staff know and they will assist in the matter.
Gym Closures
We will be closed the last week in August annually for maintenance. We will also be closed on most major holidays. As a general rule we will follow Northshore School District’s plan for closures due to inclement weather or other emergencies.
General Information
Children should be picked up promptly from class. Children are not allowed to play on any gym equipment or be in the gym area at any time without coach supervision. Children not in a class must remain with parents in our lobby or our designated observation area.
