Advantage for All – Caregiver & Me is a welcoming 40-minute drop-in adaptive gymnastics class designed for children of all abilities and their caregivers. This inclusive program provides a supportive environment where children can explore movement, build confidence, and develop coordination at their own pace—with the comfort and encouragement of a trusted caregiver by their side. Through engaging, sensory-conscious activities and guided movement exploration, children will have the opportunity to strengthen gross motor skills, body awareness, confidence, and social connection in a fun and encouraging setting.
