Program Overview
Advantage offers Preschool drop-in class programs for kids as young as 4 months. Our curriculum begins with parent-child classes, as well as open gyms and playgrounds
Pre-registration is strongly encouraged for all drop-in classes.

Looking for the perfect way to keep your active preschooler moving and having fun? Our Indoor Playground offers open playtime in our spacious 20,000-square-foot gymnastics facility — designed for safe, active exploration.
Children can enjoy:
- Multiple trampolines
- A large loose foam pit
- Age-appropriate gymnastics equipment
Please note that Indoor Playground may take place during scheduled classes or events, and access to all equipment is not guaranteed. Our friendly coaches will guide families to the designated play areas available at the time. For safety, children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

*Immediate family members may use a make-up credit for a session. Please notify our office staff if you wish to do so.
Our Baby Gym program is a complimentary, drop-in class designed for infants and their caregivers. During each session, parents or guardians will be guided through age-appropriate activities that support early development and sensory exploration. Babies will have the opportunity to engage with a variety of colors, textures, and surfaces in a safe, welcoming environment. In addition to supporting your child's growth, Baby Gym also offers a wonderful opportunity for caregivers to connect, share experiences, and build community with other parents. When children begin confidently walking, they are ready to transition to Tumble Tots.
Ages: 4 mos - walking
Length: 30 mins per session
Tumble Tots is a fun and engaging class designed for parents and toddlers to explore the exciting world of gymnastics together. With the guidance of our enthusiastic and supportive coaches, toddlers will be introduced to foundational gymnastics skills in a safe and encouraging environment. In addition to practicing movements like climbing, jumping, rolling, and running, toddlers will begin to develop key social skills, build independence, and learn to follow instruction in a coach-led setting — all while having fun and staying active.

Length: 40 min per session
Pre-qualifications: Must be walking
