RECREATIONAL CLASSES
Advantage offers recreational programs for all levels. We develop our classes based on decades of experience prioritizing the growth and development of children. We believe in creating a safe environment, cultivating sportsmanship, challenging our athletes to be their best and helping them fight through adversity. Keeping it fun is what we do. We have a class for everyone.

Advantage for All
These gymnastics classes are tailored to be inclusive and supportive for children with unique needs. We work on boosting confidence and self expression. It contributes to enhanced physical awareness and coordination through fun and engaging activities. The class sizes are small for optimal support.
Advantage Ninja
Advantage Ninja blends obstacle training, gymnastics, and freestyle movement in a fun and engaging curriculum. Beyond physical skills, our program emphasizes the development of confidence, self-control, helping children grow both in and out of the gym. All Ninja programs are coed and designed to challenge and inspire every child.
Preschool | Drop In
Advantage offers Preschool Drop-In programs for children from 4 months old through the start of Kindergarten. Families can choose from structured classes, such as Baby Gym and Tumble Tots, or enjoy open playtime in our Indoor Playground, where children can explore the gym in a safe, fun, and engaging environment alongside their caregiver.
Tumbling & Trampoline
Athletes in this age based program will learn basic tumbling skills, including positions, drills, hurdles, rolls and basic support skills like cartwheels and handstands. They will also learn proper falling and landing techniques, safe jumping and fundamental trampoline jumps and skills. Flexibility, strength and coordination are also developed for a higher level of learning.
Preschool
Advantage’s age based Preschool Gymnastics program starts at age 2.5.
Classes are designed to develop coordination, balance, and basic gymnastics skills. All preschool programs at Advantage are coed and focus on building a strong foundation for a lifelong love of movement.
Girl’s Recreational
Advantage Gymnastics provides gymnastics instruction to girls of all ages. Beginning at 5 years old, girls in our gymnastics classes will be introduced to all 4 events in Women’s Gymnastics. We also have developmental and pre-team options for those families who are considering competitive gymnastics.
DANCE CLASSES
From graceful ballet to high-energy hip hop, our classes give kids a chance to learn, move, and shine.
Every class is full of fun, movement, and self-expression.
Hip Hop
Our 60 minute Hip Hop classes bring the energy of street style into a fun, studio setting. Dancers build rhythm, coordination, and confidence through age-appropriate choreography, while discovering the joy of self-expression in a supportive environment.
Ballet Gymnastics
Our Ballet + Gymnastics combo classes give young movers the perfect balance of creativity and strength. Each 60 minute class is split into 30 minutes of dance and 30 minutes of gymnastics, creating a fun and engaging experience that builds both artistry and athleticism.
COMPETITIVE PROGRAMS
Advantage offers girl’s competitive programs for all levels, with multiple pathways for each athlete to reach their goals. All teams are coach referred and require a tryout or evaluation.
