TUMBLING & TRAMPOLINE
Program Overview
Athletes in this age based program will learn basic tumbling skills, including positions, drills, hurdles, rolls and basic support skills like cartwheels and handstands. They will also learn proper falling and landing techniques, safe jumping and fundamental trampoline jumps and skills. Flexibility, strength and coordination are also developed for a higher level of learning.

This age-based program is designed for teen athletes to develop fundamental tumbling skills in a supportive and active environment. Participants will work on core techniques such as body positions, rolls, hurdles, cartwheels, and handstands, along with essential drills and support skills. The program also emphasizes safe falling and landing techniques, as well as basic trampoline skills and controlled jumping. Strength, flexibility, and coordination are key components of each class, helping athletes build a solid foundation for continued progress.

Tuition: Based on a 4 week session
Pre-qualifications: Must be 13 years old
This age-based program introduces athletes to the foundational skills of tumbling and trampoline. Gymnasts will work on essential techniques such as body positions, drills, rolls, hurdles, cartwheels, and handstands, along with safe falling and landing mechanics. Athletes will also learn fundamental trampoline skills and jumping techniques in a safe, structured environment. Throughout the program, flexibility, strength, and coordination are developed to support continued progression and confidence in movement.
