We request you keep your students home from the gym if they are experiencing any signs of potentially contagious illness, regardless of the suspected cause.  Advantage reserves the right to send children home if they are experiencing obvious signs of illness or if they fall ill during their time at the gym.

Please notify us of any health-related concerns that may impact your child’s time at the gym, such as severe allergies, diabetes, or other concerns.

  • Tuition for drop-in classes, camps, and special events is billed at the time of registration.  All ongoing classes and team tuition are billed monthly via our auto payment system.

All make-up credits expire if your student is dropped from class due to non-payment.

Cancellation: We require written notice by the fifteenth day of a calendar month to drop a class for the following month.  If we receive notice after the fifteenth, you will be billed for one additional month of classes, whether you chose to attend or not.  - - Enrollment for special events and camps is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Late Pick-Ups: Advantage customers are required to be picked up from all classes and events in a timely manner.  Customers who are 15 or more minutes late to pick up their children will incur a late fee.  Customers will be charged a minimum of $30 for late pick-up and $1 for every minute beyond the first 15 minutes.  Advantage reserves the right to refuse future reservations for customers who are consistently late picking up their students.

  • Monthly Recreational Classes: Customers may enroll in any appropriate class with available space at any time.  Our office staff will confirm your start date and other pertinent details upon enrollment.  Classes will be pro-rated based on your start date if applicable.

Registration in monthly classes is ongoing and will continue until you notify us of your intent to make a change or withdraw.  Customers must withdraw from recreational classes by the fifteenth of the previous month to avoid being charged for the next month.
