Extra Gym

What is Extra Gym?
Extra Gym is offered on select no-school days and gives gymnasts the opportunity to spend extra time in the gym in a focused, skill-based setting.
Extra Gym is ideal for athletes ages 5-13 who want to stay active on a day off from school and put extra time into improving their skills.
