Do you offer trial classes?

We offer trial classes to all first-time customers at Advantage Gymnastics Academy. A trial class gives you and your child an opportunity to experience a class on a completely risk-free basis so that you can be sure that Advantage Gymnastics Academy is a good fit for your family. What is your tuition back guarantee?

If you are not completely satisfied during your first month of classes and we are unable to offer a solution, we will refund your tuition. This is for new students only.

What if I start in the middle of the month?

You can sign up for an open class at any time and tuition will be pro-rated for the month you start.  You will be added to our auto-pay system in the next calendar month.

How long will my child be enrolled in class?

All of our classes operate on continuous enrollment. Students remain enrolled until you give written notice that you would like to withdraw from the class. This notice is due by the 15th of the previous month. If you decide to drop a class after the 15th of the month, your enrollment will continue through the next calendar month.

What is the annual Advantage Membership?

There is a $60.00 annual membership fee per student, due at time of registration. We will renew your membership each year on your anniversary date. The first sibling will be charged a discounted membership of $50.  Families with 3 or more children will pay a flat $125 membership fee. Membership is required to enroll in any of our monthly classes.

How do I withdraw my child from a class?

We require written notice by the 15th of the previous month to withdraw from a class. We do not offer credits or refunds for unused classes. There are no exceptions to this policy.

When is tuition due?

Tuition is due on the first of the month. You will receive a billing statement on approximately the 20th of the previous month. Your account will be automatically billed on the first business day of each month. We require all customers to use our auto-payment system. There are no exceptions to this policy.

What if my child misses a class?

It is always best to attend your regularly scheduled class when possible.

As a courtesy, we offer make-up opportunities when your child needs to occasionally miss class due to illness or other conflicts. See our Make-Up Policy for details.

Can we observe class?

Yes, parents and visitors are welcome to observe classes at any time.

Please stay in the observation area at all times.  If you need to communicate with your child, please ask a staff member for assistance.

What should my child wear to class?

Children may wear any comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. Please avoid extremely loose or baggy clothing. Girls enrolled in our gymnastics classes are encouraged to wear a leotard, with or without shorts. Please no bare midriffs in any of our classes or drop-in, special events, camps or clinics.  In colder weather, students may add an extra layer for warmth.  This layer should also be close-fitting and should not have a hood.

Long hair must be pulled back during any recreational class.  Please leave all jewelry and watches at home.  Stud earrings and medical bracelets are acceptable.

Children enrolled in our Advantage Ninja classes are required to purchase a uniform to wear to class each time.

Gym Closures

We will be closed the last week in August annually for maintenance. We will also be closed on most major holidays. As a general rule we will follow Northshore School District’s plan for closures due to inclement weather or other emergencies. Please reference our Calendar Page for planned closures and our Facebook page for last minute changes.
