Advantage Ninja combines obstacle training, gymnastics, martial art and freestyle movement. In addition to these skills, our curriculum also teaches confidence, self-control and teamwork. Most importantly, your kids will learn all of this while having a blast. Our Ninja classes are the most popular classes in the gym!
Attire: Athletes should wear comfortable athletic attire attire. Long hair must be pulled back for class.
Mini Ninja
This class is designed for preschool-aged boys and girls who like to jump, climb, and roll while learning about body control, safe landings and teamwork. Our instructors teach students how to use their own body strength to maneuver up and over obstacles in a safe and fun environment. No previous gymnastics experience required.
Ages: 3-4 yrs
Length: 40 min/once a week
Pre-qualifications: Must be 3 years old
Mighty Ninja
This class is designed for our littles Ninjas who have already had some class experience, or are ready for a bit more challenge. Our instructors teach students how to use their own body strength to maneuver up and over obstacles in a safe and fun environment. No previous gymnastics experience required.
Ages: 4-5 yrs
Length: 40 min/once a week
Pre-qualifications: Must be 4 years old
Ninja X1
Ninja X1 is the next step after Mini or Might Ninja and the introductory level class for those who start at 5 years or older. Classes are offered for boys and girls.
Ages: 5-12 yrs
Length: 55 min/once a week
Pre-qualifications: Must be 5 years old
Ninja X2
Students who successfully complete the required skills in Ninja X1 class will be promoted to Ninja X2. In this level, they will learn more complex skills that will prepare them to move into Ninja X3 or transfer into our Advantage Air program.
Ages: 7-12 yrs
Length: 55 min/once a week
Pre-qualifications: Must have successfully completed Ninja X1 or be invited by our coaches after a skills assessment.
